This is a dish that
is a must-have at our Thanksgiving dinners. It is a tasty side dish that
makes spinach attractive to all ages.
Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups cubed
cheddar cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all-purpose
flour
1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a
greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low;
cook 4-5 hours longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out
clean.
